Psalms 89 Commentary

Psalm 89:3–4 reaffirms the Davidic Covenant which is fulfilled in Jesus of Nazareth, the descendant of David.

Psalm 89:35-37 shows God using the sun and the moon to illustrate that the Davidic kingship will endure beyond other earthly dynasties.
