Luke 21:17 meaning

In this passage, Jesus warns His disciples about the intense persecution they will face because of their faith in Him. They will encounter hostility not only from outsiders but also from their closest relations, including family and friends. This betrayal is indicative of the spiritual and societal turmoil that will characterize the days leading to His return. Amid the suffering, Jesus reassures them of divine protection; although they may face severe trials, ultimately, no harm will befall them apart from God's sovereign will.
