Zechariah
The book of Zechariah records the prophecies of the prophet Zechariah during the period of the Jewish exiles’ return to Jerusalem from Babylon. Zechariah delivers messages that include visions, symbolic imagery, and words of encouragement and rebuke to the people of Judah. His prophecies address the rebuilding of the Second Temple, the future glory of Jerusalem, and the coming of the Messiah. Zechariah calls for the people to embrace righteousness and faithfulness.
