Habakkuk
The book of Habakkuk records the dialogue between the prophet Habakkuk and God concerning the problem of evil and injustice in the world. Habakkuk questions why God allows wickedness to go unpunished and why there is suffering and violence. In response, God provides reassurance, affirming His sovereignty and declaring that He will eventually bring justice and judgment. Habakkuk learns to trust in God’s wisdom and timing, even in the face of uncertainty.
