Wise people spread knowledge that benefits others, but fools lack the inner substance to do the same.

God rejects empty religious acts from the wicked but delights in the sincere prayers of the upright.

The Lord opposes the path of wickedness but loves the person who actively pursues righteousness.

Leaving the way of wisdom brings severe consequences, especially for those who hate correction.

If even death and destruction lie open before God, then human hearts are certainly not hidden from Him.

A scoffer avoids correction and refuses wise company because pride keeps him from being taught.

A joyful heart brightens the face, but deep sadness can weigh down and break the spirit.
